Looking for reasons to choose RE/MAX? Not only did we clench the title of Region the of the Year within the Middle East and Africa category at the 45th RE/MAX annual R4 Convention in Las Vegas, but we also sold more homes in South Africa than any other real estate brand last year. Below are just a few of the reasons why we are able to call ourselves the #1 brand in real estate…

Our Local Presence
RE/MAX of Southern Africa has over 2,000 agents operating from over 160 offices, servicing over 3,000 suburbs, and licensed in five countries in Southern Africa. In the last five years, we have grown by 600 sales associates and doubled our sales volume. In 2017, we sold over 20,000 homes and assisted over 40,000 families. To achieve this, our agents drove over 40,000,000 km and consumed over 2,000,000 cups of coffee with potential buyers. But, their efforts did not go unrewarded: Our top 500 agents earned an average of R1,350,000 in commission last year. We helped them achieve this by providing over 100 training days and over R40,000,000 in PR Exposure in 2017, because when they win, you win.

Our International Footprint
RE/MAX of Southern Africa also belongs to a global brand that has more than 110,000 sales associates that operate in over 100 countries – nine of which fall within the African continent. Why does this help you? To cut through the clutter of all the marketing jargon, the broader the exposure of a real estate brand, the larger their client base becomes, which almost guarantees the chances of securing a fast sale on your home. What’s more, with more than four decades of experience in real estate, all agents under the RE/MAX brand are able to tap into a wealth of knowledge to help them sell your home the most effectively.

Our Community Involvement
Beyond selling homes, RE/MAX is also committed to giving back to the communities it serves, and has subsequently raised over R4,200,000 towards the RE/MAX Foundation since its inception in 2012. The RE/MAX Foundation is a registered public benefit organization (PBO) that aims to promote and inspire Southern African people to improve themselves and strive to be the best they can be. Beneficiaries of the Foundation include The Reach For A Dream Foundation, Sporting Chance, and the Red Cross Children’s Hospital. Since its inception in 2004, RE/MAX has contributed over R8,000,000 towards The Reach For A Dream Foundation. Why not let us help make your property dreams a reality too?
